Rachel Solimeno Art wants you to be highly satisfied with the artwork delivered to you. Please review the policies below.
Please note the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs on any exchanges. If there is a problem the customer must contact Rachel Solimeno Art within 14 days of receiving the artwork or product.
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are not satisfied with the artwork, a full refund will be given as long as you contact us within 14 days of receiving the artwork and it is returned undamaged. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. I'm afraid that Rachel Solimeno Art can't cover the price of return shipping. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. We will issue a refund upon receipt of the returned undamaged artwork.
Damaged Prints: We will take returns for damaged or iinadequate prints within 30 days of receiving your print but you must provide photos and send to email@example.com before returning the print.
I received a wrong/damaged Original artwork, what should I do?
We take the utmost care to package the original art. In the unlikely event that it arrives damaged, please take photos immediately with the art and packaging and contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We will request that the damaged art is returned to us and we will organize either a custom replacement to be made or a full refund.
I received a wrong/damaged print, what should I do?
Please send details of the damage and photos to email@example.com. We will order you a replacement print as soon as possible.
WHAT'S YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
Exchanges on Prints:
At this time, we do not offer exchanges on prints.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mis-labelled. If that’s the case, please let me know within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and I will gladly send you a new one, or issue a refund
Exchanges on Originals:
Yes you can make an exchange, though Rachel Solimeno Art can't pay for the return shipping. The customer is responsible for covering the additional shipping costs.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
Ask your local post office if they have your package
Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with your order number.
More About Print Orders
My prints are made to order after you place your order. The company I use is in the US and is making strides to ensure they are doing environmentally friendly business practices and they do quality control checks on each canvas to ensure the printing meets our expectations.
When will I get my Print Order?
Usually, it takes 2 days to make the order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated at 3–4 business days however see covid exceptions below.
